Where are you based?
I am based in Melbourne, Australia. The business is currently run from my home, and all your orders are designed, quality checked, packed, and shipped by me!
I accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal on all orders. Your payment information is never stored and is safely protected.
In-Stock items will ship in 2-3 business days. I usually make a trip to the Post Office on Mondays and Thursdays.
Please check details on each pre-order listings for a delivery estimate. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order listings, I will hold all in-stock items until the remainder of your order is ready for delivery.
Do you provide gift-wrapping?
Unfortunately I don’t provide gift-wrapping. However, if you would like a message included in your order please add it to the notes in checkout.
To keep shipping costs low, all international orders are sent as a large letter by default. Unfortunately, there is no tracking for this option.
The large majority of orders arrive before the time frames below, but please feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you want tracking please select the upgrade from the Shipping listings. All orders are shipped using Australia Post.
International orders may have customs or import duties applied – I am not responsible for these extra costs and/or delays. If you refuse the item and it is sent back to me, I will provide a refund (please note shipping is non-refundable).
It is against postal regulations for me to mark any package as a gift or to lower the value of a package. Thank you for your understanding.
Domestic Orders (within Australia): 1-2 weeks.
International Orders: 2-6 weeks.
Mexico: I have experienced delays in the past with shipping times taking up to 6 months.
What if my order never arrives?
Very rarely orders will get lost/or returned to sender. For instances where tracking has not been purchased, I cannot take responsibility for missing orders, but please get in touch at email@example.com in case your order has been returned to me.
Refunds & Exchanges
I do not accept refunds, exchanges or cancellations after the order has been shipped (unless the item is faulty). Please contact me if you have any questions.
Do you offer custom pins/patches?
Yes, I offer pin/patch design services and love helping people with their ideas. Please note, minimum order quantities are for 100 pins/patches per design. Send any inquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org with a little information about your concept!
